  • Systems that provide real-time supervision, monitoring and reporting of workplace health and safety matters including inspections, incidents and hazard reporting
  • Management of resulting actions which are tracked to ensure we meet obligations, understand and grow
  • Continual review and improvement of our Occupational Health and Safety Management System (accredited to AS/NZS 4801:2001 and the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner)


Engaging and enabling our workforce

Our commitment to Health and Safety is essential, with responsibility and accountability across
all roles in the business.

We are also supported by a qualified and experienced team of HSEQ professionals located in every state.

The HSEQ team provide ongoing advice, coaching and support to our people leaders, employees and subcontractors in identifying, managing and preventing risks.

Specialists in their field, the team regularly engages with clients and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in risk management practices and provide practical tools such as the Field Supervision “My Safety Handbook” to facilitate conversations between frontline managers/supervisors and subcontractors.

The HSEQ team also provide and undertake:

  • Safety leader training for frontline management and supervisors
  • Safety walks and risk focused Spot Check Programs to facilitate engagement and discussion between all levels of management and field workers
  • Hazard, Incident and Legislative Alert activation to ensure workers receive timely information
  • HSEQ meetings that share information and facilitate consultation, which occur at all levels of the organisation, including committees and toolbox meetings
